former maxi dress

When I found this dress, it was a long, sack of velvet
on a hanger and I passed it up. When I saw it the second
time I was feeling more creative and felt that with a belt
and a shortening, it may be cute. Here is the result.

I've got an idea! I'd like to see that black and white outfit combined with your black and white dotted tights. Wouldn't that be a nice variation?
