I've recently been inspired by a lovely lady, who owns a lovely store.
Catie is an ex-breakfast chef, a naturopath and wholefood enthusiast.
The Staple Store is her baby, and boy is it exciting.
This is one of recipes I tried this weekend. Here is the recipe:
- combine all ingredients
- let rest for 10 mis
- roll into cookie shapes (about 1-2 tbsp each)
- bake in a 180C (pre heated) for 12-15 mins (let rest for 15 mins on the tray before removing)
after a week of hideous PMS emotional eating I have to be healthy, this sort of snackage is perfect! Thank you sweetcheeks!
